Complete collection of this satirical newspaper written by A. Spoll, in the vein of the famous Père Duchêne published during the French Revolution.
Each issue features a color cartoon charge on the front page; that of the first issue depicts Père Duchêne's son, with a pickaxe on his shoulder, climbing a ladder to debunk the statue of Napoleon at the top of the Vendôme column.
