In 2021, the Musée Labenche in Brive-la-Gaillarde devoted a retrospective to the whimsical life of Germaine CAMPBELL-JOHNSTON, to coincide with its "Femme(s)" exhibition. A figure of the town in the 70s and 80s, alternately described as a mystery and a "Brivist aristocrat with a thousand lives", she fascinates and questions local enthusiasts and historians alike.
