FLOOR REGULATOR in carved oak decorated with trellises and scrolls, resting on a fluted column with rudentures, the brass dial engraved with Roman and Arabic numerals, the weight movement.
The dial is signed Toussaint Le Noir in Paris, a watchmaker who received his master's diploma in Paris in 1730.
