Not everyone knows that the reference 3770 is the rarest Nautilus model made by Patek Philippe. With just 300 examples including Stainless steel, Two-tone and gold models, made in two years of production 1981 and 1982 was a fusion of two of the most iconic watches of all time and two legends that define the brand: Nautilus and the Ellipse. Making it even more fascinating is that it was designed by Gerald Genta himself for Patek Philippe to help the underperforming Nautilus by fusing it with the help of the classic Ellipse. It is difficult to imagine that in the early 1980s it had a price approximately 50% higher than the Nautilus reference 3700. The watch we present is in excellent condition. Worn with care and with its original strap, it represents an excellent collector's item for fans of the Geneva brand.
