The 12" arched brass dial having crown and cherub spandrels and silvered Roman chapter ring surrounding a foliate engraved centre with seconds dial and calendar aperture, the arch with painted face and rocking eyes surrounded by a silvered ring inscribed "Whilst Time away dos Flee My Eyes do move you See". The eight day weight driven movement with anchor escapement striking the hours on a bell. (227cm high )
