Prussian cavalry pistol M 1823, walnut full stock with partly stamped brass mounts, extended trigger guard, round smooth bore barrel with long front sight and muzzle ring screwed down, on lockplate maker's signature under crown "Potsdam G S", barrel on outer left with crowned super-revision stamp "FW" underneath inspection stamp "A" (?), on butt cap troop stamp "94.8.U.R.1.E", caliber: 16 mm, barrel length: 24 cm, total length: 43 cm.
