KPM 76-piece dinner service "Ceres", 1st half of the 20th century, designed in 1913 by Prof. Theodor Schmuz-Baudiß (1859-1942) on the occasion of KPM's 150th anniversary, underglaze blue sceptre mark to the base, porcelain, glazed, gold decoration, designer's mark "STB", predominantly KPM mark with war mark (Iron Cross 1914-18) and red imperial orb mark, service consisting of: 2 lidded tureens (d: 20 u. 22 cm), 1 saliere, 2 serving bowls (D: 32 cm), 2 square bowls (23 x 23 cm), 6 oval trays (L: 2x 25 cm, 2x 46 cm, 2x 53 cm), 6 cups and matching saucers, 1 sauce boat on presentoir with lid and serving spoon, 8 plates (D: 32 cm), 1 saucer on presentoir with lid and serving spoon, 1 saucer on presentoir with lid and serving spoon. Serving spoon, 8 plates (D: 22 cm), 5 plates (D: 17 cm), 15 plates (D: 26 cm), 12 soup plates (D: 25 cm), 9 plates with openwork flag (D: 21.5 cm), 1 centerpiece resp. cabaret with lid (H: 21 cm, lid with crack), enclosed a further lid.
