Poster printed on paper, inscribed Depoix Frères, Félix Depoix 38 rue Croix des Petits Champs, signed in the plate lower left (traces of moisture, tears, stains), bears a torn calendar label on the glass dating from 1912.

Gaspar Camps i Junyent was a Spanish painter, illustrator and poster artist, associated with Art Nouveau and Catalan modernism. Between 1894 and 1897, he studied in Paris under Jean-Joseph Benjamin-Constant, William Bouguereau and Jean-Paul Laurens. Alphonse Mucha's influence is reflected in his artistic posters, earning him the nickname "Catalan Mucha".
