PARIS, Manufacture de la Reine, rare JATTE monogrammed J & S, circa 1778-1780
Hard porcelain. Hollow, circular shape with lobed rims outlined with a gold fillet. A stream of cornflowers au naturel under this fillet and, in the basin, in a gold medallion, the two painted and gold letters, placed under a gold crown, evoking a union. Semis of cornflowers au naturel and gold on the rest.
Mark: A under royal crown, all in red.
