Prince HENRI DE PRUSSE (1726-1802, son of Frederick William I and brother of Frederick II the Great) / Autograph letter in French, 1 p small in-4 (missing at the top without loss of text), circa 1798, the letter was transcribed by hand at the time on the second leaf: he asks his correspondent to intercede with the Directoire on behalf of the Asfeld family, who are seeking the restitution of the Westphalian County of that name, taken from them by the Elector of Hanover; he states that the King of Sweden, "as guarantor of peace in Westphalia", was about to restore it to them when he was assassinated; he simply asks that the Directoire not oppose it
