In the 1970s, Céline Vipiana, the visionary founder of the eponymous fashion house, proposed a redesign of the logo, revealing intertwined letters "C" (a nod to the Arc de Triomphe). The Triomphe motif appears on a range of handbags to ready-to-wear collections, reinvented thanks to the creative vision of its designer, Hedi Slimane, who succeeds Phoebe Philo as creative director in 2018.
