Ignacio CARLES-TOLRA is a Spanish-born artist with close ties to the art brut movement. He emigrated to Zurich in Switzerland at the age of 29, where he discovered the work of Jean DUBUFFET. He draws his inspiration from nature, animals and birds. He uses ballpoint pen, paint, felt-tip pen and collage.
