Brass mounting.
Oval cap with detached jointing bow and two secondary branches.
Leather-covered wooden spindle, watermark missing.
Plate dated 49 and regimented FG XIV.10, as on the scabbard.
Blade marked "GEBR SOLINGEN", straight, with two full-length grooves, oxidation.
Steel scabbard with two suspension rings.
Total length: 103.5cm
