AN ANTIQUE CEYLON NO HEAT STAR SAPPHIRE BRACELET set with an oval cabochon star sapphire of approximately 17.50 carats, the mount designed as two claws, the bracelet comprising two rows of snake links, glass covered locket panel to the reverse of the clasp, no assay marks, 17.5cm, 18.0g. Accompanied by a gemmological report stating the sapphire is of Ceylon (Sri Lankan) origin with no indication of heat treatment.
