Painter born in Valencia. His artistic vocation led him to enter the School of Fine Arts of San Carlos, where he came into contact with a group of restless young people. In 1950 he obtained the Landscape Pension from the Provincial Council of Valencia. In the beginning he was attracted by the light and clarity of the French impressionists, but in 1952 there was a profound change in his painting, moving away completely from his initial figurative painting to evolve to more personal forms of expression that put him in relation to cubism and magical unrealism. In 1955 he won the First Prize in the Salón de Otoño del Ateneo Mercantil of Valencia. In 1956 he became a member of the Parpalló Group. In 1958 he was awarded the "Conde de Cartagena" Scholarship and in 1959 the Painting Prize of the March Foundation. He participated in the Venice Biennial of 1962. Works by this artist can be found in the Ateneo Mercantil of Valencia, the Popular Museum of Contemporary Art of Villafamés (Castellón) and the Museum of Fine Arts of Valencia.
