Spanish school of the late nineteenth century-early twentieth century. "Women lying down". Pencil on paper. Without signature. Presents humidity stains and wooden frame with scratches. Measurements: 15 x 21 cm; 34 x 40 cm (frame). We are before a work in which the introspective language of the artist is expressed in all its essence. The painter speaks to us here of the extreme vulnerability of the human being, but without falling into expressionist stridencies.
