100x100 cm.
Illustration of two of the most iconic cars of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Ford GT 40 in particular, the car that gave Jacky Ickx his first victory in 1969, and his famous walk to his car, a protest against unsafe race starts.
Guillaume Lopez began his career in the studio of Jean Graton, creator and designer of Michel Vaillant. He spent over twenty years there, where he specialized in drawing cars and other mechanical devices, adapting to the master's style. He cites Dany, Aidans and Hermann among his influences. His dynamic, precise style, which excels in depicting movement, is favored by the press, agencies and sponsors in the automotive field. He is also the official designer for the 24h of Le Mans. "
