Officer's model 1845 belt, gilt brass buckle, black patent leather dated 1889, with saber hanger, little or no wear, cracked patent otherwise ABE, France Third Republic period. Attached are a brass bouterolle and scabbard entrance, an officer's belt with gusset pocket (very worn), and a box containing some forty military and miscellaneous buttons, worn and missing, overall.
