Yann ARTHUS-BERTRAND (born 1946) - Earth from Above Photograph 120 x 180 cm On the back, a certificate stating that the print was exhibited at the Musée du Luxembourg, then on the railings of the Jardin du Luxembourg from May 2 to December 31, 2000. The book La Terre vue du ciel by Yann Arthus-Bertrand, Edition de la Martinière, numbered 59, signed by the author and publisher, is enclosed and will be given to the purchaser. Note: Yann Arthus-Bertrand was the first photographer to exhibit his work outdoors and free of charge in public places. The first outdoor exhibition, "Earth from Above", was presented on the gates of the Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris in 2000. Since then, they have travelled to over 170 cities on every continent, and have been seen by several million people. These exhibitions are always presented in a public and popular place, outdoors or indoors, free of charge and lasting an average of two months. A real call to awareness of the state of the planet.
