After BARTHÉLÉMY TREMBLAY (Louvres, France, 1568-1629). France, ca. 1825-1830. "Bust of King Henry IV". Patinated bronze. Marble base. Measurements: 41 x 22 x 22 x 15 cm. The bust we now present is based on the original sculpture made by the French Barthélemy Tremblay to Henry IV, today visible in the castle of Pau. A black painted plaster copy of this sculpture is kept at the National Military Pristine Museum of La Flèche. This piece was produced in 1817 and donated by the Marshal Duke of Feltre.
