Large 19th century Japanese zushi shrine. Lacquered wood with two hinged doors that swing open to reveal a carved wooden interior. The doors with gold lacquer along the interior. With decorations carved in low relief along the exterior of the doors. Height: 11 1/2 in x width: 10 in x depth: 7 in.
