Olympic Games/ Summer, 1948/ London/ Maloubier/ Art competition. In London, the Maloubier name isn't completely unknown, both because a certain Bob, the younger (1923-2015), earned himself a reputation as a secret agent during the war, and because Jacques (1920-2002), took part in the art drawing competition. Interestingly, Jacuqes was also a former top-level athlete, whose specialty, the 400m, earned him five caps and a 1945 French championship title. These drawings are probably those of the competition... and therefore part of our heritage. Note that his "nonchalant" Marcel Hansenne, after qualifying for the 800m final, made the front page of L'Equipe on August 5, 1948.
