Description:
The graphic illustrates a baroque architectural motif. At the centre is a sacred building with an onion dome and a curved gabled façade. Small figures are grouped in the foreground, suggesting the social interaction of the era. Detailed depictions of clouds entwine heraldic symbols flanked by angelic figures. The bilaterally symmetrical composition emphasises the central perspective. The drawing demonstrates a high level of skill in the depiction of architectural elements as well as human and emblematic motifs.
