Description:
A historical engraving shows a rural scene with a line of umbrellas in the foreground and a stone bridge, the Ponte Salaro, over a river in the centre. Figures in period dress enliven the scene, while a mountain is cut into the background. Probably a later print for the French-language edition of the "Malerisch radirte Prospekte von Italien".
