Description:
A carefully executed etching depicting an idyllic landscape, accentuated by lush groups of trees and the distanced architecture of the papal summer residence Castel Gandolfo, accompanied by figures lingering in a harmonious experience of nature. Probably a later print for the French-language edition of the "Malerisch radirte Prospekte von Italien".
