Description:
The captions that the artist offers us to locate what is depicted appear contradictory, as he gives Platamonas in Greece on the one hand and the banks of the Nile on the other as the origin of the motif. In terms of the landscape, the location on the coast at Platamonas with the castle and Mount Olympos in Greece is obvious.
