Description:
Seascape painted in bright colours on the shore of the North Sea. A small sailing ship with powerful centreboards lies on the beach. At sea sails a two-master, probably a brig with full rigging and Dutch insignia, and a small schooner.
Provenance:
Cultural History Museum Magdeburg. Returned to the rightful owners in 2016.
