Magdeburg Inscription: lower left signed: "Alfred Paris". Lower right inscribed by the artist's hand: "GK". Verso further inscription: "Geschenk des Zaren an General Konrad". Date: 19th century Description: Impressive and awe-inspiring depiction of a charging hussar regiment with drawn sabres. According to the inscription on the reverse, a gift from the Tsar to General Konrad. Provenance: Cultural History Museum Magdeburg. Returned to the rightful owners in 2016.
