All plates were made using laser-scanned negatives and duotone printing: each image sang on the page" (Alinder, 313-16). - Front cover with hs. Dedication on front endpaper, but overall an extremely well-preserved copy. Photography - With 116 photogr. mostly full page ill. Orig. cloth in ill. orig. wrapper in private cardboard slipcase (the wrapper minimally rubbed). - Pre-title with handwritten dedication note, altogether however very well preserved and clean copy.
