Russia Naval Officer's Dagger 1803 This lot is sent from our warehouse in Berlin; Presumably the first quarter of the 19th century. The square handle consists of a twist of two brass boxes. In the middle oval shaped white bone insert. Brass guard with curved ends. Wooden scabbard covered with leather with a mouth nut and a lower glass. On the mouth and nut are equipped with movable rings for the belt. Steel straight blade, tetrahedral, skewer type. What gives approve the time of its production. Such small cutlass officers Ordered for wearing outside the formation. Blade length 22 cm. The blade width at the base is 1.1 cm. Total length in sheath 31 cm. The condition is good. A wonderful collector's item of naval edged weapons beginning of the 19th century.; Condition-I
