A religious staff finial made of gilt-cast-silver as an angel carrying a turned crystal ball with Religious engraving.
Soth America, 16th century.
Provenance: A private collection in Pennsylvania.
Dimensions: H: without base: 9 3/4 in., (25 cm.) W: 3 in., (7.5 cm.)
The figure is in fine condition with most of the gilding well-preserved. The rock crystal ball finial has no damage or repair. The base was added to the piece later.
