MARAIS Jean (1913-1998) - Soleil. Vase-sculpture sun with anthropomorphic face, the eight rays in the form of hands. The piece is openwork between the rays on the reverse and has three openings at the top. The piece stands on a pedestal. Red earthenware, black glaze. Incised "Jean Marais" signature. H. 37 cm, D. 25 cm.
