ANTONIO CITTERIO (Meda, 1950) for Xilitalia.
Four "Eridiana" chairs, 1980.

In good condition, with wear and tear.
Measurements: 81 x 54 x 46 cm; 66 cm (arms height).
The filigree chair ''Eridania'' by Antonio Citterio was produced by Xilitalia around 1980. It consists of a tubular steel frame that combines curved and straight shapes. Special attention should be paid to the armrests that open slightly outwards.
Antonio Citterio studied architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan, and in 1972 he began his activity as a consultant and designer in the field of industrial design. His designs are currently part of prestigious collections such as that of the MoMA in New York.
