Bronze clock, finely chased and gilded or with a patina finish. The cover represents a satyr offering grapes to a bacchante presenting a cup, these two figures framing the drum. Rectangular base with protrusion and bas-relief applique with renown figures and Antique-style characters. Base with string of pearls, small foliage feet. The enameled dial signed JF de Verberie, rue Barbette in Paris, shows the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numerals in increments of fifteen.
