CONSTANTINO Eduardo (b. 1948) - Shoulder bottle in blue-glazed stoneware. Signed with the artist's stamp under the base. Circa 2000. H. 18.8 cm. Initially trained as a painter, he was introduced to ceramics by Guilherme Barroso ("maître Barroso" as he calls him in an article in Ouest France, April 11, 2021), before moving to France and settling in Quimperlé (29) with his wife Nadine. Eduardo Constantino describes himself as a "painter on earth" in the press review of his exhibition for the Galerie de L'Ancienne Poste in 2011. Presence in institutional collections (Frac de Bretagne) and an article in "La Revue de la céramique et du verre" in 2008.
