Magnificent, Baroque decorative frame for a Madonna sculpture - Franconia, 18th century - Round arch, surrounded by openwork carved volutes and foliage with four almost fully sculpted, winged putti heads, in between vines and bunches of ears, crowned by a fan of leaves. Wood, carved, gilded and partly painted. 162 x 135 cm. - With a total of 13 small holders for inserting candlestick arms. - The mount has been passed over.
