Relief of the Yoruba with colonial figures - Nigeria, West Africa - Rectangular, thick panel with a colonial administrator in red uniform carved in high relief, with helmet, stick and bag next to his wife with books in her hands. Wood, painted in red, white and a little blue. 65 x 24 x 11 cm. - Age damage, larger chips to verso due to termite damage. - From a southern German private collection.
