A GILT CHINESE BRONZE FIGURE OF GUANYIN, MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
A Chinese bronze figure of a Guanyin, seated in dhyanasana, hands in vitarka mudra, dressed in a monastic robe with finely incised borders of floral motifs, uncovered torso adorned with jewelry, serene face topped with an ornate crown, hair held in a high bun leaving long locks along the shoulders, seated on a lotus stand, with traces of gilding.
