With gilded and carved wooden base. The center hand-painted porcelaine plaque with a depiction of Napoleon Bonaparte, surrounded by 12 smaller hand-painted circular medallions with portraits of different people in them. One of them is signed. Vienna. Austria. Mid-19th century.
