A George IV silver Everpointed pencil, by Sampson Mordan, London circa 1823-24, also marked ~S. Mordan & Co. Patent~, reeded decoration, green bloodstone seal terminal, length closed 9.2cm, plus a William IV silver Everpointed pencil, marked ~S. Mordan and Co. Maker~s & Patentees~, engine-turned decoration and with a swivel seal terminal over a multiple lead reserve, length closed 8.2cm. (2) Provenance: The KB Collection of Pencils.
