Mordan, engraved July 6, 1840. modelled as pistols, the butts with feather scroll decoration, and with a cartridge for leads, length closed 4cm, in a fitted velvet lined ivory box, the cover initialled, the interior of the cover with an oval plaque inscribed ~S.
