The Christ as Salvator Mundi. Second half of 16th c Illumination, 20,5 x 15,5 cm, on vellum. Under glass and wooden frame (not studied outside frame). Nice large representation of the Christ in a landscape with the Golgotha on left and a city on right. With a large gilt border containing i.a. the Arma Christi, 2 cartouches and Veronica's veil. From an unidentified manuscript.
