Marc Chagall L'Inspiration du peintre, c.1970/75 - painted in magnificent blues represents one of the most frequent and important motifs in Chagall's oeuvre - artist at work. Artist with palette and a flower bouquet in his hands is painting couple of lovers. He is influenced by the scenes and atmosphere of Paris, but still not leaving behind his childhood memories - the donkey and the houses of Vitebsk on the background in the rays of the red sun.(*)
