A RARE JAPANESE KAKIEMON BOTTLE^ TOKKURI C.1690 The square-section body decorated in iron-red^ blue^ yellow^ green and black with a long tail-feathered ho-ho bird on a branch of flowering prunus^ with another smaller bird flying underneath a branch of pine to the other side^ with further blossoms scattered over the shoulder and fitted with a European ormolu neck^ the base with remnants of paper labels for the G & C Wingfield Digby collection and for Marchant London^ 20.5cm.
