We track every step of the journey from the moment your art leaves our European production house until it arrives on your doorstep. Our delivery partner is FedEx to ensure affordable prices and rapid delivery.<br /><br />EXCLUSIVE PACKAGING<br />Before your artwork can be shipped, we cover it with a special protective wrapping. It is then carefully packed in a bespoke cardboard or wooden box to minimize any chance of damage during transit. Our wooden boxes are hand-made using high-quality materials, certified by the ISPM 15 standard. Each box is given a unique registration number, which guarantees that the packaging meets this international standard.<br /><br />INSURANCE<br />You don’t need to worry about this; our service level is 5 star, which means that artworks have comprehensive insurance cover against any damage during transit.<br /><br />RETURNS<br />We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Read bellow the Return Policy for more details.<br /><br />RETURN POLICY<br />OUR 99 SATISFACTION GUARANTEE<br />Our 99 Satisfaction Guarantee is another mark of our attention to detail and desire to offer amazing 5 star service. Returns and refunds are not normally offered when fine art is made to order, but as another measure of our desire to go the extra mile, we offer the 99 Satisfaction Guarantee on all artworks.<br /><br />If you change your mind about the artwork you receive, no matter the reason, you’ll have 14 days to make sure the artwork you ordered fits your quality of life. Remember to keep your packaging, and do not damage it in any way when it first arrives.<br />If you decide the artwork is not for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know. We will then issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, and arrange for the return of the artwork. Please make sure to carefully pack the undamaged artwork into the original shipping crate you received with your order. Provided the artwork is returned in our original packaging, and not damaged, we will process your full refund within 14 day, the customer must cover the return delivery.<br /><br />DELIVERY TIMES<br />Our print masters assemble every artwork by hand at our European production house. This is an extremely delicate process, and takes 5 working days from the time that your order is placed. You can expect delivery to commence 8 – 14 working days after your order is placed and paid. </span></span></span></b></p>
